You can bring your valid prescription to our Lifetime Eyecare by Optical Illusions location in the Professional Plaza in the Valley, and our expert opticians will help you find the perfect pair of glasses to match your vision, style, and lifestyle.
Many patients in Southeast Alaska have vision insurance in the form of VSP Vision, the top vision provider in the United States. Lifetime Eyecare by Optical Illusions is an in-network VSP Provider and a Platinum-level VSP Premier Edge practice. This means SEARHC Optometry members with VSP Vision can maximize their vision benefits and get the most out of their eye care experience at one of Optical Illusions’ four practice locations.

How to Use Your
SEARHC Prescription
- Make sure your prescription is current and within 2 years of your most recent eye exam
- Bring a printed or digital copy of your prescription to your appointment
- Visit any of our Optical Illusions locations and speak with one of our opticians for a complimentary frame styling and lens consultation
If you don’t have a copy of your prescription, you can request it directly from SEARHC, and they’re required to provide it to you by law.
